Join our MASTER CLASS starting on Friday, 9th January at 20:00, tailored for all open water swimmers - from beginners to experienced athletes. This course emphasises technique, progressing from fundamental positions and movement sequences to ensure a solid foundation. Whether you're new to open water swimming or keen to refine your skills, you’ll gain valuable insights and expertise to enhance your performance. Train with PeteWilbyTriathlon and unlock your potential in both triathlon and open water swimming technique. You will have homework every week; it’s essential to stay focused throughout the nine-week course. Continue with other types of fitness training, but keep your swim training to the course content and homework only. Improving requires both practising the right way and avoiding practising the wrong way. You will need the following kit for these sessions: - kickboard - pull buoy - fins There are no changing rooms, so changing is outside the pool area (a bit like being at the beach). Dry robes are recommended. Please be ready to start at 2000 Course dates (all Fridays, 20:00–21:00): 9th January 16th January 23rd January 30th January No session on 6th February 13th February 20th February 27th February 6th March 13th March Location: To get to the pool, enter via Buckeridge Road (what3words: upwards.steam.fire). It’s the second entrance on the left when driving down Buckeridge. There is on-site parking near the pool. Drive to the White House, then follow the road to the right; you’ll arrive at the car park, which is roughly in the centre of the school site.
