​Thank you also to the Devon Elevation Fund (DEF), part of Devon County Council and the UK Government for funding a 2022 staff training project.  With the help of DEF, three staff members are now qualified to drive the safety boat, and we have a new, silent, clean, electric outboard motor to sit next to swimmers, improving the experience for us and helping to keep the sea clean.
