But if you’re serious about making every session count, why stop there? At PeteWilbyTriathlon, we offer four flexible coaching options, built on a holistic approach that helps you perform at your best. Whether you prefer to train independently with expert structure or you want full one-to-one support, there’s a package that fits your goals and lifestyle.


Get started for free with access to a wide range of team and strength training sessions. You can browse sessions whenever you need them, or use them to build your own structured plan.


If you’d like expert guidance, book a coaching consultation with Laura or Pete. Together, we’ll learn about your goals, current training level, and available time, then create a personalised macro-cycle — a roadmap that guides you through which sessions to complete and when.


For athletes who want structure, accountability, and progress without the commitment of full-time coaching. We’ll create a bespoke plan tailored to your abilities and goals, which will be applied directly to your TrainingPeaks account.


  • Initial consultation to get started

  • Follow-up meetings every 12 weeks (additional meetings £50 each)

  • Monthly plan uploads based on your progress

  • You maintain full control of your data, with analysis and feedback during consultations


At less than £50 per month, this is a cost-effective way to access a personalised training plan that evolves with you.


Take your training to the next level with dedicated one-to-one coaching. This membership includes everything from the Training Plans Membership, plus:


  • Two 15-minute coaching calls each month

  • Ongoing feedback from your coach on completed sessions

  • Upgrade to TrainingPeaks Premium

  • Time to discuss your goals, strategy, endurance training, strength work, and nutrition


With regular communication and expert feedback, you’ll always know how to refine your training and perform at your best.


Our most comprehensive coaching experience, offering full, ongoing support for serious athletes who want to maximise performance. This package includes everything in the Bronze Membership, plus:


  • Weekly consultations and plan updates

  • Online movement screening and detailed swim, bike, and run technique analysis

  • Integrated strength and technique improvements within your program

  • Continuous feedback via TrainingPeaks throughout the week


This is our most immersive level of coaching — ideal if you want your program to adapt with you, with your coach guiding every step of the way.
