Looking for Online Triathlon and Open Water Swimming Coaching?

Laura and I have a training plan for sprint distance triathlon, standard distance, middle and full long distance. For swimmers I have popular training plans for beginners through to 10km and ultramarathon swims. I have similar for runners doing 5km to marathon or even an ultramarathon run. You can purchase an off-the-shelf training plan through Training Peaks. Or, we could provide you with four amazing coaching packages to work with us, taking on an holistic perspective, to help you excel.


Everyone can access our annual triathlon training plan and / or strength training plan for free. The Team Training Plan includes all the sessions we do in person at the pool and in the sea. It is designed for all-round intermediate triathletes who are training for a sprint or standard triathlon. The strength plan uses body weight exercises and is designed to cater for all abilities from 8 years old to 108 years old. All the exercises are set out in video form and the plan is designed to help you progress.


The opportunity to have a bespoke plan for your ability and needs applied to your Training Peaks account. We will arrange a meet up every 12 weeks and one initial meeting to get started. Other meetings can be arranged for £50. Your plan is applied every month but only you can analyse the data, we don't get to see that on a day to day basis. However, every consultation is an opportunity for us to logon to your Training Peaks and view/analyse your training for feedback within the meeting and make future plan adjustments. This membership package works out less than £50 per month, paid once every 12 weeks. You get twenty percent off services by accessing the members page on the website.


This membership level gives you one to one coaching and a training program uploaded monthly. After the initial consultation, you will catch up with your coach once a month. You have time to talk through your strategy, discus your endurance training and strength program or diet and anything else. This plan uses Training peaks basic but you remain connected with your coach and will receive progress feedback on key sessions you complete. You get twenty percent off services by accessing the members page on the website. This membership package is £69 per month.


This membership level gives you one to one coaching and a training program uploaded monthly. Apart from the initial consultation (which is free, pre sign up), you will catch up twice every month. In a 15 minute catch up call you would analyse the gap of where you are now to where you want to be. You have time to talk through your strategy, discus your endurance training and strength program or diet and anything else. You will be upgraded to Training peaks premium and receive feedback from your coach on sessions you complete. You get twenty percent off services by accessing the members page on the website. This membership package is £149 per month.


The highest level of online coaching we offer. Coached Athlete Plus Membership is everything given in the other membership levels, plus a regular consultation including an online movement screen and technique analysis of your swim, bike and run within your training macrocycle. Everything we gain by tweaking the technique or strength program is threaded into your training program. We catch up every week and make weekly program updates on Training Peaks. Your plan is totally tailored to your needs and your coach will be feeding back via Training Peaks on a routine basis throughout each week. You get twenty percent off services by accessing the members page on the website. This membership package is £229 per month.
