Challenge yourself, whilst enjoying wonderful scenery, with the knowledge that you have an experienced team by your side - every stroke of the way!

Escape from the Ore Stone is a beautiful swim that makes for a memorable day out. The swim course starts after a boat ride to the wild side of the stone. Swimmers dive in and find the secret cave under the rock.

Scrambling through the cave requires completely flat water and a low spring tide, so this part needs to be considered when choosing the time and day, but it is incredible. This swim is approximately 2km, but it's challenging due to strong currents. The idea is to make it back to the mainland before the tide sweeps you away.

The meeting place, Meadfoot Beach, is also the finish location and is the perfect destination for warm drinks and toilets at the cafe there. ///span.rapid.herb

There is a pay-and-display car park located at the end of Meadfoot Beach, approximately a ten-minute walk from the boat meeting place. ///spring.point.achieving
