Challenge yourself, whilst enjoying wonderful scenery, with the knowledge that you have an experienced team by your side - every stroke of the way!

Escape from the Ore Stone is a beautiful swim that makes for a memorable day out. The swim course is shown with the red line in the image below. The meeting place, Meadfoot Beach, is also the finish location and is the perfect destination for warm drinks and toilets.

The swim start is to the east of the Ore Stone and is pictured at the drop off point. There is a pay and display car park at the other end of Meadfoot beach, about a ten-minute walk from the boat meeting place.

Swimmers are taxied to behind the Ore Stone where you will jump off the boat, be guided through the cave and make the swim back to the south side of Hopes Nose.

This swim is about 2km but with strong currents and is only possible on neap low tide.
