Plainmoor Triathlon Squad runs every Tuesday morning at 6.30am.
Pete follows his annual swimming training plan with a triathlon swim training focus. The swim workouts are for all abilities and consist mostly of freestyle.
This is a year round, 60 minute conditioning session, coached by Pete and run by Plainmoor pool.
