The aim is to provide you with an inclusive, considered, interactive and achievable strength training plan. Every person is different and has various strengths and weaknesses. Whilst this training plan is designed to help you improve your movement literacy and will broadly provide all-around strength and stability for endurance athletes, you need to be able to be dynamic. It might be possible to complete advanced versions of some exercises whilst solely working on the very basic technique of others, it depends on you, the individual. Complete this plan at your personal. It is structured to help you review and log your progress. A complete beginner and an advanced athlete can both be challenged but not beaten by this training plan. It is designed to suit people of all ages as well as support endurance athletes all year round, without the need for any equipment at all.
