Pete has developed a rolling yearly training plan for triathletes. The plan has 365 training sessions.
It includes two swims (between 1600m and 2500m) , two cycles (45 minutes to 90 minutes), two runs (30 minutes to 60 minutes) and one strength and mobility (30 minutes) session.
The plan is free to members. The plan does not account for races and tapering or sickness and injury. For this reason the members area is supported by the LENS philosophy and backed up with blogs containing information such as the taper week and more.
